Copyright Text: La presente información geográfica se desarrolló mediante los convenios Interaministrativos N°CVC-087 / IGAC-4488 de 2014, N°CVC-186 / IGAC-4929 de 2017 y Convenio CVC-IGAC No. 100 de 2021, celebrados entre la Corporación Autónoma Regional del Valle del Cauca - CVC y el Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi - IGAC, y los productos que resulten de la ejecución de los proyectos hacen parte de la información básica oficial del país y por lo tanto el IGAC tiene la propiedad intelectual sobre las mismas, con base en la Ley 23 de 1982 sobre derechos de autor. La información de cada una de las entidades seguirá siendo propiedad de cada una de ellas y serán reconocidos los derechos de autor en caso de publicación. Las instituciones no cederán, no comercializarán, no otorgarán a título de préstamo la información geográfica digital y análoga suministrada por el Instituto.
